Find the item your interested in and add the amount in the QTY column, then click the update button. The page will refresh and give you a total in the total column for each item, the Total at the end of the form will give you a total of all the items you selected. You can click the browser window that has the product pictures on it to look over the selections on the form list. DO NOT CLOSE THE FORM PAGE, or any information you filled out will be deleted and not sent to us, please navigate back and forth then use the send request button on the form when you are all done.
